Self-Restriction / Self-Exclusion

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino truly hopes that all guests enjoy the exciting entertainment of gaming while visiting our casino. However, if you feel that you have a gambling problem, we are committed to assisting you to avoid gaming.

A part of our great guest service, we can, at your request, restrict guests like yourself from gaming, and engaging in, or receiving, casino player services and player club privileges.

Upon completion of the Patron's Request to Self-Exclude form advising the casino of your desire to self-exclude your access to gaming and related casino privileges programs and services, the casino will make every reasonable effort to prohibit your access to gaming casino player services and player card programs. All check cashing privileges, issuance of casino credit, participation in direct mail marketing of gaming opportunities and casino promotional specials, and membership in player recognition programs such as the Westgate Las Vegas Player's Club Card will cease. No further points, rewards or benefits will be accumulated or redeemed and all existing accrued points will be forfeited. You will not be eligible for any type of complimentary item allowance or service, including participation in junkets. You are, however, welcome to use our hotels, restaurants, spa, entertainment and shopping facilities, provided that the use of these amenities is at your own expense (no "comps" may be used).

The Patron s Request to Self-Exclude or the Waiver and Release forms may be obtained from the Main Casino Cage, or found at Patrons Request to Self-Exclude and Waiver and Release. The form must be completely filled out and returned to the Main Casino Cage with valid identification credentials.

The self-exclusion will become effective within five (5) days of receipt of your written request. We will also stop sending new direct mail to you. However, keep in mind that, if direct mail is already in the mailing process, it cannot be stopped.

This election, once made, may not be revoked, rescinded or modified for any reason until at least sixty (60) days have elapsed since the date the self-exclusion became effective. Once you decided to exclude yourself, your exclusion from gaming and related services will be forever permanent, unless later rescinded by you on the form approved by the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

If you elect to participate in the Responsible Gaming Program, you do so voluntarily and on your own behalf. This election may not be made by a spouse or family member. If you elect to be self-excluded, you must refrain from gambling or seeking any revoked privileges or services after the effective date.

Questions concerning this program or the completion of the Patron s Request to Self-Exclude or the Waiver and Release should be directed to the Director of Cage Operations or the Cage Supervisor on duty. The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino hopes that our Responsible Gaming Program will be helpful to those guests who need assistance.

Underaged Gambling and Unattended Children

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino takes seriously its role in preventing underage gambling and protecting those children who are left unattended by their parents or guardians while visiting. The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is committed to see that the existing laws on underage gambling are strictly enforced so that there is accountability imposed on the illegal acts of the minor.

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino recognizes that a safe and enjoyable environment is important to all its guests. This is especially important for children. The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino has in place operational policies and procedures that require all employees to watch for the safety of unattended children. When a child is left unattended, the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino has procedures which attempt to reunite the child with his or her parent or guardian. If the parent or guardian cannot be located within one hour, local law enforcement will be contacted and the child will be turned over to their care and custody.

As part of the Responsible Gaming Program, employees working in relevant areas are to receive training on the appropriate procedures to deal with the issue of unattended children. Appropriate signage will be placed in and around the casino floor, pool and arcade as well as other areas so as to better communicate the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino’s policy on unattended children.

Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Service

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino requires its employees to strictly comply with state and local alcoholic beverage control laws and regulations regarding the sale, service and delivery of alcoholic beverages to its guests. The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino does not allow any employee too knowingly:

- Serve or allow the service of alcoholic beverages to a person who is visibly intoxicated or who is under the age of 21 years old.

- Allow any visibly intoxicated person to wager, bet or otherwise participate in any game.
